CCA Transport & Mechanical Workshop
C & S Neave Transport
We pride ourselves on customer service and finding solutions to our customers' transport needs
History
CCA Transport Pty Ltd (CCA) was formed in 1993 in Cranbourne, Victoria as C & S Neave Transport.
CCA subcontracted one vehicle and a single trailer to Cubico Pty Ltd for 2 years before the introduction of B-double trailers into Cubico’s fleet. CCA, then still a one man show, ran interstate linehaul from Melbourne to Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane and Rockhampton. Early 1995, Colin Neave was approached to relocate to the Cubico Brisbane depot.
Late 2001, Cubico sold to Mayne Nickless to become Mayne Logistics and in 2003, Mayne Logistics sold to Linfox. Colin followed the take-over's and today is one of Linfox’s largest east coast linehaul sub-contractors. CCA today operates 30 trucks including two 16 tonne rigids, refrigerated trailers, 34 pallet and 36 pallet B-Doubles and has customers including Linfox, ARYZTA Bakery, StarTrack, AAE and TNT Logistics.
CCA utilises over 45 staff including drivers, two diesel mechanics, four diesel apprentices and three administration staff.
The main administration office and workshop is based in South Tweed Heads with an additional depots Chipping Norton, NSW for storage and distribution.

Our Staff
The Director
Colin Neave has over 20 years experience with interstate line haul operations and mechanics beginning with the mechanical workshop of Cubico Pty Ltd in Mulgrave, Victoria. Colin’s role was that of foreman overseeing the maintenance of some 90 trailers and 6 staff.
Colin’s driving experience began through helping the occasional driver with ‘change-over’ trips and longer hauls when the owner was unable. Colin soon purchased his first truck and began the hauling of single trailers, shortly after hauling B-Double trailers. From this the fleet started to grow and has continued to increase and diversify to service the changing needs of its customers.
Colin is a qualified Heavy Vehicle Road Transport Diesel Mechanic and oversees the majority of the fleet’s maintenance. He holds a Diploma of Logistics Management, and is a member of the Queensland Trucking Association, Australian Trucking Association.
